Iremonger Road - Application To Vary A Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Notts County Football Club Limited in respect of premises known as The Nest located at Notts County Football Club, Iremonger Road, Nottingham, NG2 3HU to Nottingham City Council on 05 August 2025 for the variation of a premises licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 07:00 to 02:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

3. To amend the licensable activities.

4. To amend the layout of the premises.

5. To amend the premises licence conditions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Nottingham City Council, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.nottingham.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 02 September 2025, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
