What is proposed?

Application has been made by Whitbread Group PLC to the Licensing Authority of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Dudley (Kingswinford) Premier Inn at Dudley Road, Kingswinford, West Midlands, DY6 8WT.
The application includes the following terms:- 1.Variation to change the internal layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. Any representations by a ResponsibleAuthority or Interested Party must be made in writing at any time up to and including 1st September 2025 to Licensing Services, Lister Road Depot, Dudley, West Midlands. DY2 8JW
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
