5-13 Upper Parliament Street Nottingham NG1 2BX 

We SQUARE BURGERS LIMITED (t/a Wendys) have applied to Nottingham City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the above premises. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on from the premises are as follows:- 

• Opening hours on Monday to Sunday from 08:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs. 
• Playing of recorded music to take place (indoors) on Monday to Sunday between 08:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs. 
• Provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors) on Monday to Friday from 23:00 hrs to 05:00 hrs 

The Licensing Register, and full details of this application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Communities, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by prior appointment. 

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 4TH SEPTEMBER 2025. 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. 

The fine on summary conviction is unlimited. Dated this 8th day of August 2025.
