What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM FOR A LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Rendall & Rittner has applied to Hammersmith & Fulham for the Grant of a premises licence at Westmont Apartments, Fountain Park Way, London, W12 7SF for: 

Anything similar to live music, recorded music or dance - Both Indoors and Outdoors Mondays to Sundays between 09:00 to 23:00 The Sale of Alcohol - On the Premises Only Mondays to Sundays between 09:00 to 23:00 

A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing. Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the web address above or licensing@lbhf.gov.uk, giving the grounds of objection by 3rd September 2025 

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
