NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A NEW CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE.
Notice is hereby given that Belper Pottery Bowls Club have applied for a Club Premises Certificate in respect of premises known as Belper Pottery Bowls Club, Whitemoor Lane, Belper, Derbyshire DE56 0HB.
It is proposed as follows: (list of activities applied for including days of the week and times applied for) The sale and supply of alcohol - Monday and Tuesday 18:00 - 21:30, Wednesday 13:00 - 16:00 and 18:00 - 21:30, Thursday and Friday 18:00 - 21:30, Saturday and Sunday 13:00 - 16:00.
A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3XE between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk/licensing This application was lodged with Amber Valley Borough Council Licensing Authority on 05/08/2025 and any representations must be made in writing to Amber Valley Borough Council at the above address or via licensing@ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 02/09/2025 being 28 days from the date of application It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
