NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We have an application under section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a premises Licence by Merhawi Fasahye made on 30/07/2025 for the Premises known as Castle Lane West Express, 74 Castle Lane West, Bournemouth BH9 3JU. We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 23:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 27/08/2025. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
