Application for a Premises Licence to be granted Wyrdraven, 5 Benedict Street, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 9NE

TAKE NOTICE, Fiona Brogan, has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above.

A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:

Supply of Alcohol: (off the premises) Monday to Sunday 10:00am until 10:00pm.

Hours premises are open to the public: Monday to Sunday 10:00am until 10:00pm

A copy of the application can be viewed at The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5BT.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to ‘Licensing, The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT’. The final date for representations is 20th August 2025, 23:59. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
