LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 29th July 2025 Valiant Asset Company 1 Limited applied to Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Harry Paye, 88 High Street, Poole BH15 1DB. The proposed variation is:-

1. To vary the opening hours to open at 08:00 Monday to Sunday.

2. To vary the supply of alcohol hours to begin from 09:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, the Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk no later than 26th August 2025 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council and the record of the application may be inspected between 09:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
