Winchester Street, Application For Premises Licence

A notice is hereby given that Eclipse Bar Ltd has submitted an application to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for 8 Winchester Street, Basingstoke, RG21 7DY.

The proposed licensable activities are: Live Music, Recoded Music and The Sale of Alcohol. Activities will take place between 07:00am and 02:00am Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, BDBC, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH no later than midnight on 25/08/2025. Representations after this date cannot be considered. All representations must be in writing. A copy of this application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address by appointment only.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary of conviction for the offence is £5000.
