Notice of application on 28 July 2025 to Broadland District Council for a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Brundall, 1 Yarmouth Road, Witton, Norwich NR13 5AR for: sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) 24 hours per day, seven days per week; and Provision of Late-Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 hours each day.

Notification of the application made to the licensing authority is available on a register at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/licensing-2/see-current-licence-applications Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives and can be sent by email to licensing@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk or posted to Broadland District Council or South Norfolk Council at The Horizon Centre, Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich NR7 0WF.

Any representation, along with your details may be released to the applicant and/or their agents as part of the application process, unless you indicate that there are exceptional circumstances where you believe that your details should not be released. Representations must be made no later than 25 AUGUST 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
