What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Hickory’s (ROS) Limited have applied to Cardiff Council on 04th August 2025 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Hickory’s Smokehouse, Vaindre Lane, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 2UZ. The application is to vary: The licensing layout plan for conversion of existing trade area to a Hickory’s Smokehouse. To remove/replace Annex 2 conditions. For full and further details please refer to the application form and proposed plan.Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed.Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of the representation by 01st September 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing, Cardiff Council, Room 170A, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW or email licensing@cardiff.gov.uk

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays) or view online at www.cardiff.gov.uk

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the LicensingAct 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
