What is proposed?

Public Notice

I, Muhammad Adnan Rabani of do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Yarm Lane Convenience Store, 53 Yarm Lane Stockton on Tees TS183DL.

The application is to extend the hours of alcohol sales for off license every day until 23:00.

Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing by 3rd September 2025 and sent to: The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Stockton on Tees Borough Council, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the website.
