NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION
Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17
Aberystwyth Town Council have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Full Variation on the 25/07/2025 for Aberystwyth Town. We seek to Licence the following activities: Sale of alcohol between 9:00 and 21:00

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 22/08/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
