What is proposed?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jayne Oliphant-Thompson has applied to Teignbridge Council for a full variation of the Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Kenton Park Estate, situated at Kenton Park Estate, Kenton, EX6 8NW.

The proposed variation is to: Open later during the week, longer alcohol selling times, but no later than midnight, to be able to play music outside and to sell off the premises. 

A copy of the application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX or on their website at Teignbridge.gov.uk 
Any person wishing to make a representation to this application must do so in writing to the above address by no later than 5th September 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable on summary conviction to a fine of up to level 5 on the standard scale.
