Mr B Sinnathurai has applied to Wirral Borough Council for a new premises licence at 4-8 Prenton Road West, Wirral CH42 9PN for alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0700-0200 hrs, and late night refreshment to 0200 hrs.
