What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Manchester Beer Bike Limited to the Licensing Authority of Wirral Council for a Premises Licence for the Garage Number 5, Heathbank Road, Birkenhead, CH42 7LD.

The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable the sale of alcohol (off sales) between 08:00 and 21:00 Monday to Sunday.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:30 at the Licensing Office, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey or details of the application may be viewed online - wirral.gov.uk/la.

Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Office by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk or to Town Hall, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH27 9FQ no later than 25 August 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
