An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Jason Bayliffe. in respect of
163 Rodbourne Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN2 2AY.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Section E: Live Music
Monday – Friday 17:00 – 22:00
Saturday – Sunday 12:00 – 22:00
Section F: Recorded Music
Monday – Friday 17:00 – 22:00
Saturday – Sunday 12:00 – 22:00
Section J: ON/OFF Alcohol Sales
Monday – Sunday 12:00 – 00:00
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 29th July 2025 and 26th August 2025. All representations must be made in writing (including e mail or fax), to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
