What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

Premises: No 27 Conference and Event Centre, 27 Market Place, Egremont, Cumbria, CA22 2AG.

Notice is given that Emma of Emma Ralls Wealth Management LTD has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation is:

    • To extend the performance of live music to midday to 10pm (current approved hours: 3pm to 10pm Friday to Sunday only).

    • To extend the serving of alcohol to midday until 11pm (current approved hours: 3pm to 11pm Friday to Sunday only).

  • To extend the opening hours on Monday – Thursday to 9am to 11pm (current approved hours: 9am to 5pm).

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:

Representations must be received no later than 27th August 2025 (within 28 days of the date of this notice).

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
