What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE — LICENSING ACT 2003 

Take notice that T.J. Monis Limited has applied to Hyndbum Bolo* Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises licence in respect of premises known as Home Bargains, Rhyddings Street, Airington BB5 3FD. 

Details of the application are as follows.- Sale by retail of Alcohol (OFF Sales) Monday to Sunday 07:00hrs — 23:00hrs The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the licensing Department, Hyndbum Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Onnerod Street, Accrington Lancashire BB5 OPE The record of the application may be ins between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday. 

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Mar, Hyndbum Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Onnerod Street, Accrington BB5 OPF by 2nd September 2025 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
