What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Rondel Trading Ltd (company number 10225710) of Granville House, 2 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 4SB has applied to Bracknell Forest Council for variation of a premises licence at:

The Vault 327, 19 High Street, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7AD.

The proposed variations are as follows:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to be extended from 12:00-22:45 hrs, Mon-Sun to: 10.00-22.45 hrs, Sun-Thur; and 10.00-23.45 hrs, Fri-Sat.

Late-night refreshment to be provided at the standard times of 23:00-23:30 hrs, Fri-Sat.

Opening hours to be extended from 12:00-23:00 hrs, Mon-Sun to: 08.00-23.00 hrs, Mon-Thur; 08.00–24.00 hrs, Fri-Sat; and 09.00-23.00 hrs on Sun and Public Holidays.

The premises plan to be varied to include within the premises a seating area for 12 people on the private pavement in front of the restaurant façade; to be closed at 22:00 hrs daily with alcohol service to cease at 21:45 hrs daily.

Addition and removal of operating conditions from Annex 2 of the licence.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD or by email to licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Representations must be received by 29/08/2025.

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
