What is proposed?
Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Club Premises Certificate under
Section 17 & 71 of the Licensing Act 2003
I, Yick Wah Joey Lee c/o Bingham NG13 7AT HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made to Rushcliffe Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for premises known as HKER MART LTD, 11 Eaton Place, Bingham NG13 8BD.
The Application for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to include the provision of sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, during the hours of 09:00 to 19:00 daily.
The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Service at the Rushcliffe Customer Services Centre, West Bridgford Library, Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT, at the aforesaid on weekdays between 0900 and 1600, except Bank Holidays.
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested party must be made in writing by 28th August 2025 to the Licensing Service Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7YG or by email to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
