What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that application has been made by Miss Mia Eaden to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for A NEW PREMISES LICENCE in respect of Eaden’s Bar 2, Butchers Yard, Blacker Road, Mapplewell, Barnsley, S756BW on the following terms:
The performance of live music (indoors): Sunday – Friday 12:00-22:00 and Saturday 12:00 - 23:00
The playing of recorded music (Indoors and outdoors): Sunday – Thursday 12:00 - 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 - 00:00
The provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 00:00
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
Sunday – Thursday 12:00 - 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 - 00:00
Hours open to the public: Sunday – Thursday 12:00 - 22:00, Friday and Saturday 12:00 - 00:00
All activities above to be extended to 01:00 the following morning on New Years Eve and on all Sundays prior to a Bank Holiday Monday until 00:00
Any person wishing to make representations about the proposals outlined above can do so in writing to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services (Licensing) PO Box 634, Barnsley, S70 9GG or to licensing@barnsley.gov.uk by the 29th August 2025
