What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

A Place Called Common Limited has applied to Salford City Council for a premises licence for Nell’s Pizza (Formerly the Botanist), Unit 3 and 10b, Orange Tower, Green, Media City, M50 2HE as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 8am and 2am daily. To permit the provision of regulated entertainment between the hours of 10am and 2am daily. To permit the provision of latenight refreshment between the hours of 11pm and 2:30am daily. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www. salford.gov.uk/licensingapplications or via email licensing@salford.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 27 August 2025. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www. salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 
To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
