What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

Take Notice that Olive Franklin & Clarke Ltd., has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence for Hoggins, 25A Seel Street, Liverpool L1 4AU for the following: A replacement all of the conditions in Annex 2 the Premises Licence, and variations to all licensable activities and days and times of operation for: Plays, film, indoor sporting events, live (e) & recorded music (f), performances of dance (g), anything of a similar description to that falling within e, f or g and late-night refreshment and the retail sale of alcohol on/ off the premises. The proposed hours for opening and all operation of all licensable activities will be Sunday to Friday morning from 08:00 until 02:00 hours the following morning and Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday morning from 08:00 until 03:00 hours.

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Any responsible authority or any other party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the day 1st day September of 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with an unlimited maximum fine on summary conviction.
