We English Riviera Hotels Ltd give notice that We have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Surf Club, Beach Road, Marazion, TR17 0DA.
The application is for the:
Change to opening hours and sale of alcohol.
To include outside areas & outdoor entertainment.
To include Late Night refreshment on New Year’s Eve.
Removal of Embedded Conditions on existing Licence and replace with new up to date Conditions.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 22nd August 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
