Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by DP Shayban Limited in respect of Domino's, Unit 1, Northgate Yard, Mount Street, Bridgwater, TA6 3FQ for a new premises licence. The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00, 7 days a week. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing to by 25 August 2025 and send it to;

Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. A copy of the application is available on our website:

Alternatively, a copy is kept by; The Licensing Unit, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
