What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Chicken Cabins Limited has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for KFC, 62 Lord Street, L2 1DT
for the following licensable activities

Provision of late-night refreshment (indoors& outdoors): Monday to Sunday 23:00-02:00
Hours open to the public: Monday to Sunday 10:00-02:00

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 0151 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application.

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than 03 September 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
