Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Take notice that on 05/08/2025 We Little Jay Ltd of Chapel House, North St, York, YO1 6JD made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises Chapel House, North St, York, YO1 6JD

Representations must be received by no later than 02/09/25 being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.
Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows:- Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and Similar entertainment 08:00 to 03:00 (08:00-04:00 Thurs, Fri, Sat)
Sale by retail of alcohol 11:00 to 03:00 (11:00 – 04:00 Thurs, Fri, Sat).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
