NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Scott Newman to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as Newey's Deals which are situated at Unit 22, Queens Court, Greets Green Road, West Bromwich, B70 9EG



The proposed application is as follows:

Supply of Alcohol for consumption off the premises

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
