We Marina Lebanese Lounge Ltd of 12 The Waterfront, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 5UZ do hereby serve notice on 29 July 2025 that it is our intention to apply to Eastbourne Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Marina Turkish Restaurant and Lounge, 12 The Waterfront, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN23 5UZ for the following licensable activities or proposed variation:
For the supply of alcohol during the following dates and times: Monday 12:00 – 22:00, Tuesday 12:00 – 22:00, Wednesday 12:00 – 22:00, Thursday 12:00 – 22:00, Friday 12:00 – 23:00, Saturday 12:00 – 23:00 & Sunday 12:00 – 22:00.
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to
licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk
or Licensing Team Eastbourne Town Hall Grove Road Eastbourne BN21 4UG no later than midnight on 27 August 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
