I, Billy Roder do hereby give notice that on 22 July 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a New Premises Licence at The Wardroom, 19 Fore Street, Salcombe, TQ8 8BU.
The application is for - Supply of Alcohol On & Off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 22:00. Opening Times Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 22:30.
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 5NE or by requesting in writing via email at licensing@swdevon.gov.uk
A responsible authority or any other person can make a written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 19 August 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
