NOTICE OF LICENCE APPLICATION

Under the Licensing Act 2003 Section 17

David Anthony Hatcher

have applied to Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council for a Premises Licence on the 16/7/2025 for Field at Blaunaugwynog, Gorsgoch, Llanybydder, SA40 9TF

We seek to Licence the following activities:

Sale of alcohol Thursday – Sunday 07:00 – 01:00

Live and recorded music - Thursday – Sunday 07:00 – 01:00

Time limited licence

The application is available for inspection by request made to: The Licensing Section, Ceredigion County Council, County Hall, Aberaeron, Ceredigion SA46 0AT, by email: publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk or telephone: 01545 570 881

Any responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address or by e-mail to publicprotection@ceredigion.gov.uk by midnight on 13/08/2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
