Section 17(5) B

Notice is hereby given that Essex Students’ Union has applied in respect of the Inbetween, University of Essex, Wivenhoe Park, Colchester, CO4 3SQ for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

Supply of Alcohol, Late night refreshment, Live music and Recorded Music.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 26.08.2025, to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority,

Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the Council’s offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online:

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
