NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
I hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a new premises licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:

Address of premises: 18 Carlton Place, SO15 2DY
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
To permit the sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) between 11:00 and 05:00, Monday to Sunday.
The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of:
(a) Any playing of recorded music between 11:00 and 05:00, Monday to Sunday.
(b) Anything similar to recorded music, live music or dance between 11:00 and 01:00, Monday to Sunday.
The provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 and 05:00, Monday to Sunday.
