Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under Section 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th July 2025, Ei Group Limited applied to Watford Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Walkabout, 76 The Parade, Watford, Herefordshire, WD17 1AW. The proposed licensable activities are :
1. Supply of alcohol, Live music, Recorded music, Performance of Dance, Entertainment similar to Music and Dance, Films.
Monday to Wednesday - 08.00 - 00.30 (both ground floor and first floor), Thursday - 08.00 - 01.00 (both ground floor and first floor), Friday and Saturday - 09.00 - 02.00 (Ground floor only), Friday and Saturday - 09.00 - 01.00 (First floor only), Sunday - 12.00 - 23.30 (both ground floor and first floor)
2. Late night refreshment - Monday to Wednesday - 08.00 - 00.30 (both ground floor and first floor), Thursday - 08.00 - 01.00 (both ground floor and first floor), Friday and Saturday - 09.00 - 02.00 (Ground floor only), Friday and Saturday - 09.00 - 01.00 (First floor only), Sunday - 12.00 - 23.30 (both ground floor and first floor)
Please note – this application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other persons regarding this application must be received in writing to: Licensing, Town Hall, Hempstead, Road, Watford, WD17 3EX or by email to licensing@watford.gov.uk no later than the 22nd August 2025 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Watford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal business hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
