APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
THE SOAK BAR & GRILL LTD is applying for the VARIATION of a Premises Licence at 563-569 BRISTOL ROAD, SELLY OAK, BIRMINGHAM B29 6AF
If GRANTED the application will allow: The application is to Vary the licence to add a new trading/ licensable area & bar marked as first floor on the plan attached to this application, capacity 50 people, to be closed by 23.00 daily, all other licensable activities and conditions to remain unchanged. The conditions of the current licence will be transferred to the new floor of the premises ‘’Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www. birmingham.gov.uk/licensing Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJRepresentations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 20TH August 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
