An application has been made by Gentian ZUNA, to Somerset Council, the relevant Licensing Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: The Cheddar Lounge, The Old Milk Depot, The Bays, Cheddar BS27 3QN to allow the following activities to take Place: Sale of Alcohol – On and Off the Premises: Sunday – Thursday 11:00 – 23:00hrs Friday – Saturday 11:00 – 00:00hrs Late Night Refreshment: Friday – Saturday 23:00 – 00:00hrs Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, Kings Square, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 3AR or by email to Licensing.sedgemoor@somerset.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 27/08/2025. A copy of the application may be viewed on the Council website at www.somerset. gov.uk or by appointment, during office hours, Monday to Friday at the above address, except bank holidays. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary conviction, for making a false statement is an unlimited fine.
