An application has been made to Chelmsford City Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence, namely at: BADO SUPERMARKET, 257 BADDOW ROAD, CHELMSFORD, ESSEX,CM2 7QA

A Description of the Activities is described below: Application for a new premises licence

The premises will be a convenience store. 

Proposed Licensable
Activities and Hours: Sale of Alcohol - Off Sales:
Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 23:00 Sunday: 10:00 - 22:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. 

All representations must be made by 25/08/2025 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
