NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Chelmsford City Council for a Premises Licence for the Colleague Shop, Aldi Regional Distribution Centre, Sheepcotes – Springfield Business Park, Chelmsford, CM2 5AS. 

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 06:00 and 00:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice. 

All representations must be made by 27th August 2025 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
