Notice is hereby given that Trillium Restaurant (Birmingham) Ltd has applied to Birmingham City Council on 25 July 2025 for a new premises licence for Unit 3, One Snow Hill, Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GH.
The proposed application is to permit the provision of live music, the provision of recorded music, for the sale by retail of alcohol and for the supply of alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her representation by 22 August (stating the grounds for making said representation to: licensing@birmingham.gov. uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at https://www.birmingham.gov.uk/ licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence may be unlimited.
