Details of the application can be viewed online at www.folkestone-hythe.gov.uk - search for ‘licensing register’ and enter the process number ‘PR202507-120343’. You can also view the application at the Civic Centre via appointment by calling 01303 853660. Any interested party or responsible authority can make a representation in respect of the application by submitting a comment on the licensing register or send it in writing to Licensing, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QY. The representation must be received by 5pm on the 23rd August 2025. Name of applicant: Potten Farm Shop Ltd. Name and postal address of the premises: Potten Farm Shop, Main Rd, Sellindge, Ashford TN25 6EQ. Details of proposed licence: Opening hours: Mon-Sat 09:00 -17:00 Sun 10:00-16:00 Alcohol Off Sales Mon-Sat 09:00- 17:00 Sun10:00-16:00 Date by which representations must be received: 23rd August 2025. This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the Licensing Authority, namely 22 July 2025 for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
