PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT/ VARY PREMISES LICENCE
An application has been made to Chelmsford City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence, namely at: The Bear, The Square, Stock, Billericay, Essex, CM4 9LH. Licence no. 05/00900/LAPRE. A Description of the Activities/or Variations is described below:
Updated plan to include the creation of a new extension structure to the rear of the building to be used as a new restaurant area. Removal of outdated Annex 2 Conditions to be replaced by updated Conditions.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice.
All representations must be made by 29th August 2025 writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk.
It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
