NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Kwik Pik Ltd having applied for a premises licence in respect of premises known as Nisa Local, 1A Ashley Court, Defender Close, Goffs Oak, Waltham Cross EN7 5FL. The application is as follows: Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 06:00 – 23:00. Any enquiries can be made by visiting www.broxbourne.gov.uk or email envhealth@ broxbourne.gov.uk or licensing@broxbourne. gov The application was lodged with the Council on 29/07/2025 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by 25/08/2025. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
