What is proposed?

Notice of application to Sefton MBC for the Grant of a Premises Licence by Moose Coffee (UK) Ltd in respect of Moose Coffee, Carnegie Library, Crosby, Liverpool L23 3DS to allow the (on/off) Sale by Retail of Alcohol 0900–2300hrs Monday to Sunday.
The application may be inspected (0900-1500hrs, weekdays, by appointment) at: The Licensing Unit, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle L20 3NJ or on Sefton Council’s website at www.sefton.gov.uk.
Any representations to the application shall be in writing stating the grounds of the said representation and received at the above address on or before 27 August 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
