Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I/We NS Mini Mart Ltd. Have applied for a Premises Licence for the premises known as (name and address) Nisa Local, 104-106 Bournemouth Road, Poole BH14 9HY.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I/WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 23/07/2025 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following have been applied for: Licensable Activity: Retail Sale of Alcohol (Off Sales): Monday – Sunday: 07:00 – 23:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 20/08/2025. The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
