APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES
LICENCE
We have an application under section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a premises Licence by BADRUL HUSSAIN for
the Premises known as Curry Club, 20 Cannock Road, Wolverhampton WV10 7AD.

We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale of
Alcohol: Monday to Sunday 17:00 to 23:00.

person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
