Tygo Retail Ltd have applied to North East Lincolnshire Council to vary the premises licence at Today’s Extra, 13 Waltham Road, Grimsby DN33 2LY for alcohol sales (consumption off the premises) 0500-0200 hrs, to provide late night refreshment to 0200 hours, and update conditions.
The application can be inspected (by appointment only) at North East Lincolnshire Council, Licensing, Doughty Rd Depot, Doughty Rd, Grimsby, DN32 0LL, Tel (01472) 326299.
Any person can make representations in writing to Licensing at the above address by 24/8/25.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
