What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that FODGES LTD has applied for a premises licence to West Oxfordshire District Council in relation to The Tipsy Palace, 1 & 3 Market Place, Woodstock OX20 1SY to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On and Off the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs – 23:30hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.westoxon.gov.uk/. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Support - Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxon OX28 1NB Tel: 01993 861000 Email: ers@westoxon.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 21/08/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
