NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
We Benny’s Wine Merchants Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied on 6th August 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: King Street Cellar, 99 King Street, Cambridge, CB1 1LD
The application is for:
to allow patrons to consume alcohol, specifically fine wine, at designated outdoor seating areas situated within the boundaries of our premises and that are not part of the public highway. The proposed hours for the use of this outdoor space are between 11:00 hours and 21:00 hours, seven days a week.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 4th September 2025 to:

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
