Chapter Way Application For Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Davie Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Merton (www.merton.gov.uk) for a Premises Licence for David Lloyd Colliers Wood, 29 Chapter Way London, SW19 2RF.
The application includes the following terms: 1. To enable the sale of alcohol 10.00-23.00 daily. 2.To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours on NewYear's Eve and bank holiday Sundays as specified in the application and to enable the occasional sale of alcohol for extended hours up to 01.00 on other limited days as specified in the application to a maximum of 18 times in any calendar year. 3. To enable Regulated Entertainment (as specified in the application) to be provided when the Premises are open for the sale of alcohol. 4. To enable the provision of late night refreshment.
Representations should be made in writing by 20 August 2025 to Licensing Section, London Borough of Merton, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so, by appointment, at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
